For the DA event. I picked Green/Nature.Drew this on the Samsung tablet I got for my birthday last week. Completely drawn and colored this on it in a little drawing app. It works pretty well and is really convenient and easy to carry around and just whip out and doodle on, wherever (which is why I wanted it). The only edits I did once I got it onto my laptop was enhancing the color/ contrast in Photoshop.
No fancy fur brushes for this one, just a basic "marker" brush that's on the app. XP

what app did you use? I have a tablet also and have recently downloaded a couple apps to try drawing on but still been testing them to see if I like them.

I was trying out a couple during this to find a good one I liked, and one that I really liked is ibisPaint X. It even records your drawings to play back each line you made during it and you can save it which I think is really cool. 
It has some brushes you can buy and have access to for very cheap. Like $3, I think. I thought it was well worth it. But otherwise it's a free program and you can use it offline to draw too. Hope this helps you in your search for a good drawing program.

thanks so much! I've been trying some but I don't want the ones that only have limited brushes and can't do small lines without looking like straight up pencil
