I really like your use of color here!!!
The greens of the background, blues in fur and eyes.
Not being familiar with this character, and new to your art, I found the two different colored eyes a little distracting.
As well as the white particles floating around, are they dust or insects, or fur?

The particles floating around is dust/ bugs catching the light. I add it into a lot of my art. I feel like it gives it that extra magical feel to the background.
