It seems you really have your style down! I love the colors and shading and background!
Though the skull might look just a little plain (maybe some more detailing) Or it could be a stylistic choice!
The feathers could look more realistic and have more detailing (again, could be a stylistic choice)

The colors blend nicely and it overall looks very neat!
Again the background is very nice and neat, though I would maybe put it in a habitat of some sort to make it more mystic and terrifying!
