Note that this was done in sai, I'm not sure if it'll turn out the same in other programs (effect layers can look different)A few people were wondering how I colored the eyes, so I made a tutorial! Hope it helps!
If anyone has suggestions for more tutorials, or is interested in how I do anything feel free to suggest them! I'll sometimes do these in my spare time
