I changed the border and darkened the little blue spots in the corner so they were'nt destracting any longer.

Maybe you should have patched it up a bit to get the little distracting things in the background. Made the photo have all of the focus on the flower.

I'm having trouble understanding what you mean. I wanted the background to be dark and the focus to be just on the flower. Were you saying to make the background have more or less in it?

The white thing, it looks like a window was reflecting or something, that's distracting to the flower.

Yeah, it is a really strange picture. What happend was I set the exposure metering on center spot and since the flower was really bright it made the background pretty much black.
