Description
I THINK this is one of the piece for another chinese novel. The title of the novel is Flower Funeral, "花葬".
Means to be burried under flower.
hmm..I guess that might be a better translation for the title, but it doesn't sound like a title to me...

I adore the soft effect you have in this picture! The colors really add to that sad, depressing yet lovely atmosphere.

This is amazing. I just stumbled on this while I was looking for chinese watercolour examples, and I was completely taken aback by this piece. The composition is stunning; you seem to have a really good grasp on the Golden ratio, whether you meant for that to show or not. If you didn't, that makes this all the more impressive. And your colour choices are just beautiful, your technique mystifying.
Sorry to ramble, I'm just entirely awed by this piece. Very well done.

This is so stunningly beautiful! You've handled the watercolors so well. The lines look crisp and clean, and the colors are so wonderful (soothing and serene, even though the message is death). This is an incredible piece!
