Sonic Advent Calendar!Every day between now and Christmas I will be drawing a brand new picture, based off of Sonic the Hedgehog! I'll be picking 25 games, comics, cartoons, or whatever, and drawing something based on it in the run up to Christmas
No, you can't suggest a picture, they're a surprise! Check back each day for a new door, they won't be uploaded at a set time, but they'll be there

Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog
A slapstic Sonic animation that started in 1993, it was the first of the cartoons I saw. I remember the episode with the crack ups thing in it most, and the one with the inter dimensional blob whose name I can't spell XD;
I think it was the first of the cartoons to include the Chaos Emeralds in it too. Even if there were only four and they were all green, the traits they game them were an interesting hook; I wonder why Sega never did that in the games?

Yeah of the two Sonic toons at the time, this one was my favorite. Would catch it every morning at my daycare before we headed off to school. It was rather Robotnik-centered (episodes were more about him then Sonic) but he at least felt like the same one from the games. Especially loved Scratch and Grounder, those two were hilarious. Oh yesh, this is also where Sonic's chili-dog obsession started from which would eventually make its way into the later games.
