Description Made with deviantART muro (This had to go through several saves and edits in paint, so watching the redraw will do nothing for you).

Still hyped.

So, what's happening here you ask? Well, do you remember back in Sonic '06 (though I wouldn't blame you for forgetting) that when you played as Amy she had the ability to turn invisible? And then in the Sonic Boom game trailer when the main four were falling into the pit, all the boys landed on their face/bum while Amy landed perfectly in a ninja-like pose?

Well, that made me start to headcanon that Espio's been training with Amy. Not sure why Amy went to Espio or why Espio would've agreed to it, but they're training together now in my mind. And that also kinda explains why Amy has a sarashi (that piece of cloth around her torso), considering that sorta started as a samurai thing if I'm not mistaken.

Also this is one of the best backgrounds I've done recently.

And Espio has ninja pants.Β

I'm surprised that hasn't happened yet.
Unless, of course, Espio doesn't want to be a leader. He is a ninja, so he probably prefers working behind the scenes.

These issues are called Mobius: Years Later or Light Mobius. His older one is Salma and the younger is Juanita. The 40+ year old Espio has a little beard under his chin, the master sensei kind of beard.

Heh, thanks. ^^ I'd like to see him too, he's pretty cool. Plus we don't see him or the rest of the Chaotix in the games that much anymore, so maybe they can have more scene time in the cartoon? We'll see I guess.

Yeah I hope so, I like ninja's and he's a pretty cool one : )
I do like the Chaotix team a lot to they're pretty interesting
characters, it's just sad you don't see much of them. I really
do hope we get them in the cartoon

I can actually see that espio training Amy and I can't wait to see Amy on sonic boom. Β I hope she can fight for herself and is more of a tomboy. You did a great jobΒ

Aw, thank you! Yeah, I heard Stephan Frost himself say in a podcast that Amy's no longer the damsel in distress, so I'm sure we'll see her fighting for herself. My only real worry is that they turn her into a "little miss perfect" completely void of flaws, but I'm pretty sure they aren't going to go that far.
I'm very excited to see how they handle this. ^^

I have hopes for her being written well, too. I want her to be awesome, but at the same time I don't want her to completely outshine the boys, you know?
As for her voice, it's still Cindy voicing her. I think she's improved some, though. But then again I've gotten used to Cindy's voice, so I guess I find it more tolerable than others might.
She's not my favorite Amy voice, but I can live with it.

That I don't know. I'm assuming she'll probably still have a crush on him, but I have a feeling it won't be as... pronounced. But that's just my guess, we actually don't know that much about her personality yet. I'm sure we'll learn more in the coming months. ^^
