So, after realizing that many of my favorite photos I've taken were taken with my phone, and remembering a few great photos I had seen on here taken by phones, I decided to start looking through and finding some of the best ones and putting them on deviantart. Sometimes maybe I don't need 12 megapixels and a 200mm lens? Here's the first one. His name's Balin.Related content

Coll, but in my pics I never show the walls or grids, the same pics as if it was took in "liberty" ..
Because "liberty" for these animals never exist ..

I'm not ashamed and I don't need to try to hide anything. In many ways captivity is superior, this cat is happy, and his captive surroundings are well tailored to his needs. Here he is being comfortable. Whether he's on grass (which he is on much of the day), or recycled rubber doesn't change anything.
My job is based on respectful interaction between our species, in an attempt to educate people about their plight in the wild. Nonetheless, I respect your style of photography as well.
