Description
Yesterday, Ubisoft released a Teaser for a Sequel to Assassins Creed 2. I wouldn't say it was much of a trailer, but it definitely confirmed the games production. It also confirmed that the game will not take place in Jerusalem. It was rumored that the setting in AC2 would be during the French Revolution, but from the teaser I mentioned: [link] we're lead to believe that it will be set during the Renaissance, (which I think will be more interesting).I was very excited that a sequel was confirmed yesterday, and then I thought "what would an assassin in Renaissance Italy look like?" Since the setting has changed, that means the main character is different, and so should his outfit. Hidden somewhere on the teaser site, people have found a clue that leads to 4/16/2009. So, before any concept art for the new character is released to the public, I thought I'd draw a concept sketch myself. I researched mens clothing during the Renaissance, and drew this up. I'm fairly pleased by the way it turned out. Hope you enjoy it.
For the sequel, I am expecting a change in the character design. While I love Altair's original design, his outfit didn't really fit in with the crowd's in the first game as it is, so so someone wearing that outfit in Venice would be even more conspicuous. Personally, If they do change it, I hope they simplify the design. That'd make it easer for me to cosplay it.
