LOTS of detail, very nice.
Like the coloring.
Each character looks like the pony version, but human (duh).
Lighting is well done.
The background fits each character.
Props (if included with character) fit the characters nicely.

Bonus Points:
I've watched My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic and I like the show, but not the theme song. So bonus points for that!
Overall, really well done, if I do say so myself! Each character was fitting the personalities of the actual character, and that's hard to do. You even had to make the characters individually and then past them together, I far as I know. Nice job!

WOW!! NICELY DONE!!! First thing I have to say is very, VERY detailed!!! I love the way you made it look!! It has a very girly tone to it like MLP should and the outfits are very suitable for their personalities and for an anime character!!! The eyes are amazing on all the characters included in the pic!!! Their hair is also great and mainly is how you redesigned the MLP characters in an anime form is just phenomenal As far as the background goes, very nice and simple background which is good since you don't want to draw the attention away from the MLP characters which is very nice! Great Job, keep going on your anime and you'll get far!!

Amazing! I really liked this! The characters look accurate but original at the same time, I love how you coloured the fabric, shading and highlights were done extremely well, The design of the outfits and background of each character was awesome. The only thing I have to say is that maybe fix up the face proportions but otherwise Amazing job! I am extremely impressed! Keep up the great work!Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
