Description Spectrum
The human eye can only see a fraction of the electromagnetic spectrum. We can only experience the smallest percentage of the space we inhabit... and we have the folly to call ourselves the gods of science.

We can only sense and perceive so very little of our surroundings... We cannot hear radiation, only the clicks of the geiger-counter... We cannot taste the solar winds that trickle through our atmosphere, only watch the colours dancing at the poles...

And of our tiny fraction, we hardly notice everything... we don't appreciate the beauty of tiny selection of wavelengths and sensations granted to us... but what are we missing, what sights, what feelings, what understanding are we not perceiving?

Great work! The bright colors really draw you in, and the design does so even more.
Really makes you wonder what life would be like if we could see just a little more of the spectrum.

Thank you, I've always been interested in colours, yet the science behind them does little to remove the mystery they are shrouded in. We can isolate their wavelength values, break them down to frequency and waves... but still not explain the intrinsic fascination with the spectrum and its ordered patterns.

I will never stop being amazed at how the universe and light work. I may understand it, but that will never stop me from seeing how damned beautiful it is.

You are more than welcome.

Thank you. There is something about the colours of this world that is endlessly fascinating... there are so many, but in reality, so few.

Maybe I should get one printed up... but I'm fairly sure something similar has been done. However, it would be awesome to wear your own creation...

Another good one Fe. Are you on Redbubble? You can design t-shirts on there and this would probably suit a t-shirt.

No, I haven't heard of Redbubble. I do have access through to a screen printer though, but he doesn't work cheap. If it's deemed good enough by the DeviantART community, perhaps I will approach him with the design.
