When the brainstorming for the concept to punish the problematic Archers was finished, the design process for the mechanism and its eventual assembly line began. After analyzing and discarding various possible tickling methods the effectiveness of the chosen methods had to be tested, however they could not use Arches as test subjects since they would tell their peers, Given that they would also not have much time to carry out the tests they had to think of something before getting down to work, any leaks about the plans and activities carried out by the builders could ruin everything.

They needed to do several tests, with very little time and needed girls of short stature and who were in conditions similar to the Archers... many girls, short, walking barefoot... where could they find similar test subjects? , the answer was found outside the walls of the town hall walking around the village and in abundant quantities. And last but not least, a pair of rotating << rollers>> with multiple revolutions that could be used to clean and polish the metal sections of the mechanical dragon.

Once the day was over, and with all the information gathered, the villagers were involved in a pact of silence, if they revealed anything of what happened in the workshop they would be punished with various sanctions, among them clear to go through these methods of torture again for a whole day; and they were given a second payment only to ensure did not talk about what they lived.
