How did you get the texture on the nose done? Was it a brush setting or stock image, etc?

The simple, I used a brush with certain settings, I use Paint Tool Sai program. If you use.
The brush configurations are:
pencil
noise: 20%
rough: 100%
Advanced Settings:
Quality: 4 (soft)
hardness: 9%
density min: 0%
max density: 100%
hard <-> soft: 200%
press: ok density: ok

Although my Sai doesn't have just a plain rough option, does that make a difference? Only ones I have are rough flat, rough round 1 em, rough point 1 em, and so on. ;-;
