I hate this starter....i really hate how its third evolution looks. He has a goofy looking mouth. so i wanted to try and make it look cooler, or at least closer to how i thought he would look.Related content

For another thing, I don't get what's up with the Fire/Fighting combination. Blaziken, Infernape, Emboar... is it just me, or is it getting kind of old?
But! This is awesome! Your take on it looks totally fierce but still huggable, and that's the kind of Pokemon I like most ^^ It's like a brave warrior beast with a flowing mane of fire... I'd definitely want an Emboar if it looked like this XD

I actually imagined emboar looking somewhat like this...realistically of coarse haha! With that "beard" being more of a ruff or collar. Nice job!

You made him look awesome in this pic. I don't like how he looks in the official art either, which kind of sucks since when I saw the first evolution I had high hopes for the final evolution.

Oh my god, this is so much cooler than the original! Except the arms look wonky in relation to each other. His right arm and hand is bigger than his left.

There's the wild boar face I was looking for in this evolution! Man, was I ever disappointed when the actual design was shown; it's like it's trying to be all the previous fire starters at the same time (the flames of Typhlosion, the beefiness of Charizard, etc).

Yeah, I hope so too, although the current revealed names don't show much luck; sure, "Sandile" is kinda cool, but doesn't seem to resonate much. Sounds more like a Fakemon name to me.

I couldn't agree more. I always pick the fire starter since I love training fire types, but sadly, I think this will be the one version I will not pick the fire starter because I just can't stand it's second and third forms >.<

wow really awesome rendition, semi-realistic without being hideously ugly (most makes their realistic ones FUGLY) Love the flames ^^ but yah the original pig is screwed up 'o' (as well as 2/3 of the new pokes)

I don't hate Enbuoh or its family, but I think you succeeded in making it look cooler.

I think what stops him from being intimidating is his real design has a weird shaped head and mouth.
