Jumpscares. Jumpscares do that to me. Ah, and a good plot!
For example, another horror game called Oni Asobi would be a 6-7. A good plot, lots of jumpscares. (But it was hard as hell to run away from a certain knife-wielding psychopath. Takes several tries to get the true end)
