She is absolutely grogeous! And I think you did a fantastic job with the photorealism! It took me a minute or two to even realize it was done via CG!! Good job! And I just LOVE her eyes!

her eyes in the centre of the space are like a magnet and they attract the eyes of the watcher, after a while you can detach yourself from her eyes and start to look around and, by my point of view, the ear, hair and the hand in foreground (not the arm, just the hand) lacks something to be photo realistic.
everything else is absolutely fantastic!
