While looking at the approaching source of light, Muriel started to feel how the weak feedback from their wards was getting stronger - a clear sign of someone searching for the undead with FTH equipment. The owner of said equipment had a flashlight on one shoulder and some sort of automatic firearm in hands - it was all Muriel could determine about the human, who was making their way through the nearby shrubbery.

Soon enough a few more silhouettes caught the attention of the hiding undead. Those were wearing much more cumbersome suits compared to the gun-wielding agent and they didn't contribute to the wards' feedback. It was clear by this point - this group didn't come here to hunt. These people were setting something up. They were walking around with flashlights, looking for clearings. Whenever they found a good enough vegetation-free patch of ground, they stuck a strange looking rod in it.

After further inspection of the area, Muriel saw an opened duffel bag with a few of those rode-shaped objects lying inside, it was barely visible in the surrounding darkness. The bag wasn't too far and when the agents moved further away, the undead used the opportunity to come closer to it. Standing near the bag, Muriel took out a metal container they've brought with them from Soulscape and opened its lead, letting a swarm of tiny insect-looking constructs out.

As little bugs crawled inside, hiding in the depths of the bag, Muriel decided to check if the agents were coming back. As soon as the undead rose their head, a quickly approaching ray of light almost caught them on the spot. Only a quick reaction combined with a single flap of the powerful wings let Muriel stay unnoticed this time.

Unwilling to test their luck anymore, the bird-like creature retreated to the treetops, while unsuspecting agent approached the bag to take one of the rods, before going back to the group. Patiently sitting among the branches, Muriel observed the humans for a couple of hours, after which FTH group left the forest, taking now almost empty duffel bag with them.
