Well, this is actually one of my earlier works. When I uploaded this I was proud of it for a while, but as I kept on practicing Calligraphy, I got to learn that there are much better ways to white this Kanji. Since then I have had many better versions of "Samurai", you can check them out in my gallery. You'll see what I mean and how much better the newer versions are.

Yeah, this is written is Kanji.
I learned at University. Japanese Dept.

Well, to tell you the truth, I don't really understand why poeople like this work the most. It's been years since I painted it and there are so many that are half as bad as this one... yet everyone keeps praising the one I feel worst...
I wonder.

I write them on paper with brushes. Then I take a photo of it and add a border (and sometimes background too) in Photoshop
