This is just a template, a sort of 'basic outline' of what the Siren species is like. ~promiscuous-girl and myself have actually fleshed out a few aspect of this species: that they're very much a fulfillment of the sailors tales and legends of beautiful women that draw men into the sea where they drown- captivated and enthralled with the woman they see before them.
