I recently had a panic attack at the end of math class and although they were only about five minutes is an awful experience. Although everyone will tell you to calm down and breathe, you feel your heart sinks and you drown. The way you drew Tony is so perfect that I can almost remember the fear I felt when I gave the panic attack.

Yes, it's a situation is a bit overwhelming and hard to describe because you feel so many things and the only thing you can think about what is in you safe from the danger.

I thought he had problems with his heart in the movies as well, that's why he wears that arc reactor because it basically keeps his heart beating. He had a heart attack and almost died at he end of the first movie.

Probably! His panic attacks are linked closely to his fear of his arc reactor dying on him, so I'm sure even the slightest indication of those feelings is enough to trigger him.

Yeah, the panic attacks were probably extra scary for him because he probably thought he was having a heart attack, he had already had one and nearly died at the end of the first movie. That's actually surprising common, people will be in the emergency room because they think they're having a heart attack.
