OMG i just had one. this makes me feel a bit better. A fucking big ass spider jumped on my face and i literally died on the inside. Im still calming down from it.

Poor Tony, he looks like he's having a heart attack, which is what a panic attack often feel like; you're heart's pounding super fast, you feel like you can't breathe, you often sweat and even cry, you're whole body is shaking and you feel completely out of control. Even Pepper couldn't comfort him, when he was having a nightmare one of his machines almost killed her.

I loved those panic attacks. Especially when the kid triggers it. Iold. Plus realistic response to trauma? We never get that in comic book movies!
Nice lighting on it. Since Tony is his own light source it makes for some nice shadows.

All the women in my family get panic attacks(they take medication for it so I've never seen one happen) and when Tony started having a panic attack, I almost had one myself. I was like, "oh man, is this how I'm going to be?" and I had to constantly slow my breathing and clench my fists xDD

I never knew but it turns out i have a terrible fear of spiders. Or at least being touched by one. It scared me so bad that it lasted 34 mins until i was calm. The spider jumped on my face as i was going to sleep and omg IT WAS HUGE. I cryed for a long while shivering and feeling sick. I couldn't control my breathing either

Oh god!!!!! That's freaking awful jesus christ. My 2 biggest attacks this year have been because of Ultron himself and a dream I had. I consider myself Tony Stark kin because quite honestly there's way too many connections and similarities between us to ignore it, and i get vivid dreams, and I had a dream that the suits went berserk because they were hacked and they were sent to kill me(Tony) and so I had to hide while the damn Hulkbuster suit tore a room apart trying to find me. I was so on edge the whole morning, it was terrifying. And then the one about Ultron was the night I watched AoU for the first time. I just went home and I resonated so deeply with the movie that I felt responsible and that I had a hand in making Ultron and I felt like he was coming to get me. I could barely sleep that night i was freaking out so much.

Yeah. That dream was awful. It was terrifying to lose control of my suits. Generally when I dream that I'm Tony, there's lots of drama and action, but I always have the suit to count on. It's like a safety blanket. It was awful to suddenly be betrayed by the thing I depended on and to have my life threatened by it. You'd think I'd love it less now, but I don't. I got over that dream, for the most part. The suit is still every bit of freedom and happiness and power that I felt it was before that, if not more, hehe.
