My favorite part about this is how you placed the words. You were very strategic in how they corresponded with the drawings, and it makes this whole thing that much more powerful.

Beautifully done. Fantastically well drawn. I...I had a feeling something like this was going to happen, not having read the original fic, but I didn't connect the looks people kept giving Holmes...

Yep, actually crying. That was brilliant. The fanfic itself was excellent but the sparse way you illustared it was wonderful. I loved how you depicted the confusion and upset of the other characters Holmes interacted with, and how everyone else was far less real to Holmes than the ghost of Watson was. Absolutely excellent, you are extremely talented. I'm now going to weep for an hour!

I can't tell you how much I loved this comic, even though it pretty much punched my soul in the gut. I mean, I read the fiction, so I was prepared, but seeing it in comic-form was too much . Ouch. You're amazing at portraying emotion, and obviously invoking it in all of us. Wonderful job on this, wonderful job.

You.. -sniffles- I sat there, for a minute, staring at the second to last page, my friend, and I sobbed. Hard. Really. I haven't cried like that in ages. I did read the fanfiction of it, it was gut wrenching yes... but, this. This pulled my heart right out of my chest. You're an amazing artist, and I hope to see more of your art soon.
