the tape starts showing some pictures on the screen, first a image of the 1985 logo of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, then after a while it's shown a picture of the Fazbear Band singing on stage, then we see various pictures of the animatronics in solo like Bonnie playing with the kids, Chica delivering some pizzas, Foxy telling stories to the kids and Freddy taking a picture with a family which faces are blurred.

then the footage cuts to black and now we only can hear a voice talking in the background.

???: is this on? oh good... why hello there my name is William Vicent Afton and if you are hearing this it means you found my secret tape hidden in my room... now i know what are you thinking "why would Mr. Afton a man so simple hide something like this in his room?" the truth is much complex then that.

then we are shown a date saying 1943 and a picture of a little boy.

???: okay this is gonna be long so let's start from the beginning, in 1940's i was born in Brighton, England in a little humble family with love and care... everything was perfect until when i was 4 years old my parents died in a horrible car accident and i was there with them but i survived only to watch them died in front of me, i was then taken custody by my uncle and that's where the hell began for me... the man was literally alcoholic and beat me up, he lock me in my room and force me work in a workshop of shoes as a little slave it was a Nightmare.

???: but things got much better from there since after a while i and my uncle moved to America, specifically Dallas, Oregon that is when i meet him Henry Jones Emily my best friend... i was a lonely kid who didn't interact with much people but Henry always talk to me, he was always there and after a lunch break where we talk about how stupid it look one of our teacher we got along pretty well... after that Henry and i we're always together no matter what we we're an unstoppable duo and we we're always together... he's parents knew about my situation with my uncle so they decided to take custody of me and that was the best moment in my life, we didn't just became friends we we're like brothers.

???: Henry and i always dream of having two pets he wanted a bear because they seem cool and strong and i always wanted a rabbit because they remind me of a day in the park with my parents before they died when we saw a rabbit family together on the park running by.

???: as the years went by we we're shown to be brilliant minds every day and we we're always together no matter what... one day we join the military service to serve our country to fight in Vietnam, i won't get into detail on what we did but let's just say after that day it all change for me without knowing it, on 1965 we we're sent back home for our services and we didn't know what to do with our lives but then it hit me why don't we open a restaurant it was always my dream to open one but theme in something.

then we see a poster of Fredbear's Family Diner.

???: Henry and i we're thinking how to make our restaurant interesting for the public then Henry had an idea what if we create some mascots for our restaurant and that they should be a bear and a rabbit, i was impressed by the idea so we did it and got to work.

then we see some blueprints of the Springlock technology.

???: the restaurant was in Hurricane, Utah after we moved out from Henry's Parents house and things go great since we open there it was revolutionary at the time and then we became pretty popular but we felt that something was missing with the animatronics something to make them look lively then i got the idea of creating the technology to wear the Animatronics as suits too and then we started the Springlock project, after a while we did it and we create the perfect combination of animatronic and suit.

then we are shown two families taking a picture behind Fredbear and Springbonnie
???: after that Fredbear's went popular and things went smoth and our lives got better i got to open my own company Afton Robotics and i started a family not long ago with a beautiful woman, her name Sharon, Sharon and i had three kids, Michael our first son he look a lot like me and he was Sharon's favorite, Elizabeth my daughter the younger one and my favorite in the family and finally Norman the middle child always so shy but we we're proud of him... Henry also had a family two kids Sammy and Charlie and her wife Lauren.

then it's shown a poster of Circus Baby Pizza World with some words written over the poster saying cancelled.
???: on 1982 i wanted to make a sister location to Fredbear's to make it more popular and start a Franchise so i started the develoment of Circus Baby Pizza World but tragedies in my life started to happend... Sharon died of a car accident and the suspect was never found my family was devastated and we started to change a new Employee David just steal my blueprints and sold them to a unknown company and Fredbear's started to lose popularity, i was in a depressed state and feeling down until and i started to drink like my uncle one night i took it far on Charlie's Birthday i came drunk and saw her locked outside and since i felt my anger and jealousy over Henry's happiness growing i did the unthinkible... i killed her, i hide her body over the trash and ran away then it all change in me.

then it's shown some pictures of incidents from Fredbear's and Circus Baby's.

???: i became a savage after that day i felt more alive then guilty and wanted more this feeling i haven't got since Vietnam so to make me more happy i started to make everyone's life miserable i lied to Henry about her daugther and he give me the total control of the restaurant, i sabotage and uncover David and he got fired, and i started the creation of the Funtime animatronics to be secretly killing machines and at the day of opening of Circus Baby's i make the animatronics killed some children quietly and secretly and faked out a gas leak to uncover it and it work i killed 5 childrens and no one notice... but as they say Karma get's us soon and one of those children was Elizabeth... i couldn't believe it i went to far so i took them to warehouse to not been seen again and hide the bodies, but it didn't stop there... i got the company and Fredbears bought by a company called Fazbear Entertainment and they had all the rights of the animatronics and creations of mine... it was going down and the building of a new restaurant started i wanted to keep an eye on my childrens so i created hidden cameras inside my house to watch them and one being on Norman's plushie... Norman change being more scared and sad after her mother and sister deaths and Michael became a brat that bullying and pranking his brother... one day he took a prank too hard and shove Norman's head in Fredbear's jaw killing him... after that Fredbear's closed and it all went down hill from then.

then we are shown some missing kids posters on Freddy's.

???: after that day i became more irrational and angry towards Michael so much that i wanted to take my hands in his neck and break it but if i do it i get arrested... so i continued with my life and help the creation the first Freddy Fazbear Pizza with new animatronics and new attractions but i wasn't satisfied i wanted to release my anger on something but how? then it came in my mind something... so you might asking where did those children go? those poor five children that got mysterously vanish from the world without a clue?... Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and i did it i use the Springbonnie animatronic suit to lure them and kill them quickly but efficient to make myself satisfied and after that i became a monster and got for more.

???: so by the time your hearing this your at the end and i'll be gone but not before i get some revenge and i wanted to let you know that i check this tape everyday to notice that even the slightlest change i will spotted.
