Peroxide, drastically torn leggings, and and a trip to the store for bandages.
It hurts like ridiculous, but it sure makes a story.

You know when you don't want to look at something, but you cant resist it? It's not that I'm squeamish, but the knees are a place that I would hate to endure any sort of scrapes especially to the degree of yours.
I think you should leave off the last line of your description, it sort of takes away from the mystery of the story. Much like McLuhan would point out, when you post a piece on devart, the description and title have an interesting play on the perception of the piece. They act as a sort of frame through which we see through your viewpoint, in some odd stretch of the imagination.
Anyway, this instantly reminded me of a number of scrapes I suffered as a child, all of which my mom told me quite cheerfully, "you'll survive, it's small potatoes"

Mystery wasn't the best choice of words, I meant it in the way that mysterious people only share certain details and leave others out. The more someone talks about something - the less you become interested. It's when you don't have all the details, and you're left wanting to know more that something remains intriguing.
But this is quite likely me over thinking things.

This is in a very weird and disturbing way (to me at least), really beautiful. And you're not trying, it just is. The colours; the contrast between the round marks on your knees and the pale blue in the rest of the room, it is so good.
