Nice!  Shanti makes a beautiful mermaid.  Cute scene, but imagine Shere Khan as a Tiger Shark, Col. Hathi as an elephant seal, and so on.  So much fun!

I do love this one, I think the only way I'd improve it is add a few side characters as fish like you've done with the others ones. Other than that I love it great work

Am I the only one thinking "The Artic Book"? I can imagine Mowgli as a merboy, Baloo as a polar bear, the vultures as penguins, Colonel Hathi as a carabou or an elephant seal, Bagheera maybe as an artic fox? Atlantica could be the Man-Village, and Kaa could be an electric eel.
