Hmmm, definantly a very lovely picture, I really do love this mare, she's so pretty but I think the grass is a little bit to white and blends in with the horse just a tad to much, I like that it looks like dead grass but it doesn't really blend well. Also, the clouds are a little to sparce and broken up, it takes up way to much space where as Clouds are suppose to be big, thick and either a few large masses or a couple smaller masses at the top of the sky. Also, sky goes from light to dark not dark to light though now that I look at it, it could be mountains o.o. I really love your antonamy, it's gorgeous and very accurate. Your legs are just perfect and I love how your shading defines the body so well. That muzzle is just amazing and so realistic as are your ears! I love this new style for mane and tails but may I make a suggestion? When doing the manes, start with a little bit thicker lines to add stray hairs and then slowly go smaller and smaller. It gives the hair more of a natural look. Very gorgeous work hun, she definanty does look very bouncy and excited ^^

The sky I rushed. I definitely agree about the value and clouds.
The grass- oh boy. I got so frustrated at PS becuase no matter what color I made the brush it came out all white like that. But I figured out later that it was becuase the hue jitter was 100%. 
And thanks about the mane and tail. I was kinda at a loss with this. I'm trying to find a good size for my digital art and I think this one was too big and for some reason drawing in the outlines for the mane and tail just didn't really work. So I did it this way...I'm not too happy with it and I will try your suggestion.

I haven't felt much like doing traditional. I've been pencil sketching like crazy, but when it comes to inking and coloring- blach. I just don't feel like it. I'm kinda scared that I'm done with traditional.

Ahh! done with traditional! No! You're so good at it. But I see what it is that irks you. My scanner is a ghetto and it ruins everything I upload. Plus it usually takes forever to color. I'm fixing the winter trail ride pic now so... it may look good it may look bad when I'm done. I just don't know... You're traditional pieces have inspired me, so I'll keep on with it, even the digital. I don't have, or understand, any of those photo editing programs like Photoshop
