Description
Free fall is, of course, the best way to teach young dragons to fly, but smaller versions of air lifts can be used to train and entertain them when their parents don't have enough time or energy to fly up and down with them. While not as realistic as free fall, this trains the wing muscles, balance...
never mind, just look at that smile on his face.
I spent a lot of time with this, but the background was rushed and those scales... Even after redoing them multiple times, they don't look like they should.
The scene in general is something worth sharing though.
This is the first of a few images related to the dragon-human city that I wanted to draw. There will be more, hopefully faster than I made this one.

Awesome! Yeah, Spore allows you to make some pretty sick dragons.

Thank you!
Yeah, I didn't think about it before, but this does look a bit like Spore, doesn't it? But it's completely drawn, the only program I used to create this was Paint.Net.

Aww, so adorable!
This seems safer than letting the baby actually be falling.

Thanks!
Yeah, I imagine parents flying high and then catching the falling hatchling before they get too close to the ground, but this is a safe and easy alternative.

Thank you! It's an honor to receive such praise from an elder dragon.
