Dusk!!!
!!! A picture that is part of a set with my previous (Noon)! !!! I had fun colouring this fer some reason...hehe! The colours were difficult to choose at first but then after colouring one thing, I got an idea on which colour to use that will go with that colour ^^! Meh...and at least this isn't PINK! haha!One thing for sure is....I Love drawing characters with Top Hats, turtle necks, and tail coats!!
!!!! (ties are cool too!!) ^0^!!!Anyways, in case you don't know why I drew this, it is because I got the insperation from the novel "Keys to the Kingdom" by Garth NiX!
! (i've also read " Shade's Children" thats also written by him) and as you all have recommended, I" ll readabborhsen, and Sabrial !!

I like this one better then noon n.n Probably because I like darker colors better then lighter ones ; ) I wish I could draw half aa good as you. I can't draw to save my life -.-' I've read Keys to the Kingdom too! I can't wait till the last few books come out XD Hmmm, I'll have to look at Shade's Children. I love the wings <3

When I reading the third "Keys to the Kingdom" book I did the same thing, only with Wensday's Dawn, only mine was just a quick sketch type pic. Nix has such wonderful imagery in all his stories that makes you want to ilistrate everyting!

Such lovely colours! The blues and purples you've used compliment each other so well. And the top hat and tails go perfectly with the whole Dusk theme. But what I really love about this is the background. It's so beautifully intricate.
