i don't know if I this is really dot.hack, or hack sign, or hack dusk or whatever. It's too confusing!!!anyway, this was for a fanart contest. I also haven't seen this anime, maybe because I saw hack//sign and hated it..so boring..I want hours of my life back from watching it. I drew these characters only because I like their character design.
Over all I don't really like it..T__T the background believe it or not was a pain because it was done 100% on Open Canvas.

Like many of the others, the colors on this caught my attention. The shading is really nice, and I like their eyes. Defiantly a cool piece.

Ok nice art. i think there might be something with the shading...... but it just might be me.
anyway the characters are rena and shugo from .hack//Legend of the twilight bracelet, which is the best of all the .hack series. its not all talky like sign or as serious as the other .hack ones. This has more action and fun elements in it. just thought you should know

yeah the anime .hack//sign was boring, but i liked it for the story. same goes for the game, cause it gets so freakin repetitive, but still has that good story to back it up and make you wanna keep on playing. the characters in this picture are from the manga (i can't seem to remember the name). very nice ferus. this looks very proffessional, as if one of the makers drew it. nicely done ferus!!!!

*In shock* How can you not like .hack//SIGN?!? I've been watching it since it came out in Japan, and I have the entire script of every episode memorised! (Ok, I admit. I'm a bit obsessed.)
Anyways, I just love this picture, especialy since it's in the manga's style (despise the anime version). The characters look great, but some things are a bit off. The details on both Shuugo's and Rena's pants are off a bit, and Shuugo's shade of orange is a bit darker. HTe blades, also, have a couple errors, but other than that, the picture's awesome! Especially the puitguso! *huggs her Putiguso plushie*
