Description
I recently bought a book about mithology, and after seeing the illustratios on it I felt like doing this one
Made with Sai and Photoshop.
Btw: I heard this songs like a gazillion time while making this one, the video of one of them curiously also have a satyr (or faun whatever) on it.

I did it in PS as I usually do the hair; after I apply the base colour, I define the shadows with the spatter brush with low opacity and flow, then I raise the opacity and the flow with the darker and lightest colors using that same brush, but way smaller.

Not really, after I finished I cleaned up using the pen tool on PS actually is the easiest part ^^u

So coloring is sometimes hard versus cleaning up which can be easier? Or does it depend on the image? ^^

Depends on the way you use for coloring, sometimes when the work have an outline, using the magic wand while working is really helpful. If it doesn't have it, the pen and the lasso tool are great for cleaning up
