Age: Appear to be in his 20's but his exact age is unknown

Species: Spirit, Although he is unsure of what kind of spirit he is exactly. He has the power to control light and darkness. With an obsession for delivering lost people to their destination. ( or making sure someone never reaches their destination )

With his power he can do a limited amount of things, including turn lights that were previously on, off. Or lights that were previously turned off, on. He can create rods of light in his hands which only serve the purpose of light and nothing more. Although if anybody touches the rods themselves they do burn. He can create balls of light that follow him around or stay stationary for a moderate amount of time. He can do the same with darkness although rod's of darkness do not burn they freeze.

He can temporarily blind someone with either light or darkness by banding it across their eyes. ( This doesn't hurt them it just blocks their field of vision ) He can also "lure" people with his light. It's very dependent on how clear headed the person is though.

The things he can do with the light and dark powers are endless and remain dependent on his creativity. They in themselves are not destructive but the result of them may be. For example he can take out a streetlight which may result in car accidents. When stealing light from something electronic he can't steal the electricity that is feeding the light, only the light itself. So when he stops taking the light it will return to whatever he was taking it from. Unless he is covering it with darkness which can stay suspended for longer with no help from him.

There are a couple different color lights he can create although most of them are just pale versions of white. They have no separate ability or meaning they are just a slightly different color.

The rules for darkness are basically the same as the ones for light. He can create what are essentially shadows that light cannot pass through where ever he wants. He can make them into various shapes as well.

Personality: Generally very happy and upbeat, he enjoys tricking people. Although when the opportunity comes he enjoys helping people too. He likes attention and will do stupid things to achieve that attention, acting dumb when he isn't. He likes praise and will often go out of his way to do things for people when no one else will.

History:
He doesn't remember a lot of what it was like before he was a spirit. Or at least he assumes he was something else before hand because he just woke up on a river bank with no recollection of most of his personal memories. Although there are many others like him, he doesn't exactly fit in with them. Faulty with only one wing and a problematic skin problem sticks him out from the rest. He's learned to do things on his own because of it.

He doesn't really know what his job is, or what he's supposed to be doing. Unlike many of the other spirits he's met. So he's taken it upon himself to do what he feels like he does best, which is deliver things. He took a job with the post office once but quickly grew bored and found it unfulfilling so he turned to tricking people to get lost so he could lead their way. A menial way to live , but he enjoys it none the less. Occasionally he finds people who are lost and will help them find a safe place to be. He lived in the city for a very long time, with most of the other spirits. Cause mischief and havoc when he could, knocking out streetlights and making people lost in a place they thought they were familiar with. He soon grew bored with it though, he was lonely and bored. Wanting to change things he stumbled upon the train station. Purchasing a ticket with the remaining funds he had and grabbing his few belongings and hopping on.
