This is my contribution to the DisneyDreamers 2010 Group Project #2: The Tee-Hee Quilt, and features my favourite cartoon character Shego pulling a somewhat OOC tee-hee face!Shego is created by Schooley and McCorkle, designed by Stephen Silver, and (c) Disney.

Gotta love the Tee-Hee, and especially what it entails. In my experience, a Tee-Hee almost always ends good..
