Description
Decorated my PC 360 controller in the Mass Effect style, similar to Shepard's N7 armour.
Painted in metallic grey with the red and white stripe on the left. The left trigger is also painted red.
The N7 logo is painted on both the top of the controller, and the battery holder.
The controller is coated in enough layers of paint and varnish to last through several intense suicide missions.
Please excuse me while I go assume direct control with this controller.

Absolutely brilliant. The lines are so smooth and seamless. Now I might just decorate my controllers....or perhaps the whole console, lol.

Hmm...yeah, you're right about that. They don't even give you the option of buying it dressed up like your favorite games. I guess I wouldn't have to worry about that though, since my xbox warranty already expired, lol.

What kind of paint did you use? Im guessing umm... Acrylic?

It's pretty costly really. A controller quickly reaches a pricetag of ~$50, and paint isn't free either. Not to mention shipment costs. I think it would be very fruitless. You can always try to paint one yourself, it isn't too difficult.

Thanks a lot! I was considering making a Cerberus 360 controller, but I'm still not sure. I also have a Nerfgun, a Maverick Rev-6 laying around, and I played with the thought of painting that similar to the style of the Mass Effect 2 weapons.

Be patient! Spray super thin layers of paint! Even though it's more time consuming, it's worth it!

With a 360 controller? There's no difference between the 360 Controller For Windows and the normal 360 controller, so it's very possible.

Any decent gamestore should have them. Either PC or 360 department. Mine came with a keypad and a headset. With a little USB device (which is included) you can use it for the PC, but you can also synchronise it with the 360, so it works for both.
