Very well done! This is an interesting vector work, it's very lifelike and photorealistic. The smokiness adds to the mystique.
My only comment is that the lemon is out of focus, whereas the fingers and face are not.
Other than that, great work!

The way I did it? Lots and lots of layers and lots of varying levels of blur, it's done in Macromedia Freehand.
