Suddenly, hueg Fey! (I only answered for her and not myself, because this question is N/A)I spent a long time researching how to draw enormous pregnancies better for the Pregnancy Chart Project that is in the works. I still need more practice! This will be moved to my scraps later.

I don't know if it will help or not, but I did some estimates using growth rates from real pregnancies and found a general tendency for 25 inches of waistline growth for every two babies a woman carries.
For example, if a woman's waist starts at 27 inches, at full term with twins she would grow to have a 52 inch waistline. With quadruplets, it would be 77 inches.Β With sextuplets, it would be 102 inches. With octuplets, it would be 127 inches.
As it goes, these are only estimates based on general trends across a large group of women, and every pregnancy differs.Β I hope it does help some though.
