Either Naruto walks out in just a towel or wearing nothing at all that's what I'm betting that's why Sakura's so shocked lol.

Critique: Your line art was very clean and well done, as usual, but I just have to say...
...Naruto looked like he needed to be just a little thicker around the waist in panel three, and Sakura's hand in panel four was in a bit of an awkward position.
Both of those things are entirely understandable mistakes, however...since this IS your first shower scene...and hands are just plain bloody HARD to draw! 
(BELIEVE me...I would know. 
On a whole....great job on this page!
