Description fall is about the only time ash  contemplates existential stuff and the significance of her actions -- but she's stubbornly resistant to change

I've reeeeally come to love her design even more while painting this sculpt <3

she's a little less than 7" tall, and sculpted in polymer clay

god just.....
wow
sure there may be texture bits off but this entry is effin stellar!
and i didnt know you could sculpt!!!!
I mean
that expression carries through as if it were a CG 3d model, and that's always hard to do!
i honestly have the greatest aamount of respect for this
great job

thank you so much, your feedback means a lot to me!!
if you wouldn't mind letting me know what texture bits stood out, I'd deeply appreciate it -- I tried a couple of experimental things and had a few issues with the paint so it'd be helpful to have parts to focus on improving the next time around :D
and the expression was def one of my favorite parts, particularly with the eyes, so that's incredibly lovely to hear! <3

QuQ haha please dont take my words too seriously as I''m no expert but i do have some practical sculplting skills xd that rarely get used, but im glad to ofer a bit f feedback! Hek you can see how much everyone is pleasantly surprised and loving this so gl on future projects too!

ooo! what paint did you use? acrylic?
and well, if its the grem i think it is I must also complement you on how well you were able to protray the complext design

I would say its visible that there was bit of a struggle with the neck and arms as there are some visible scratches
of course there is only so much you can do with 7"
i would try getting the cylinders for the hair tuft a bit thinner and more curled and make the ear a bit thinner for looks but i love how you made sure the arts stood out

maybe just generlly a little more smoothing out could help, you have the shaping down and you can express levels well
it just comes down to really defining it is all

again, so many strong points aboutt his, and this is you coming back to it after a long while of not doing it too yeh?

mhmm, I used acrylic paints! might try pastels or dying with alcohol inks next time ~

ah, the scratchlike grooves were actually intentional, added during sculpting in an effort to add texture, though they didn't quite have the intended effect. luckily those will be easy to avoid next time! ;3
I think the thinner hair tufts & ears and more smoothing are definitely doable too, so I'll keep 'em in mind!!

yeah, it's been about 16 months since I last sculpted

I deeply appreciate your criticism and compliments!! <3 thank you so much for taking the time to share; I'll definitely work on the aspects you mentioned!
