Yeah!
Razor The Eevee's Reference Sheet has been finally released! She hasnt been drawn for a while so i guess i decided to show her that I still love her by drawing her again. ^^
Yes, She has a Heartless Like form. Her leg markings and wristband have also slightly changed as well.
The Chip inside her can yes, slightly malfunction from time to time. While reacting with the darkness within her Heartless Necklace it causes Razor to become a Vicious Heartless.
She still has control over her body with this form but her attacks are only ghost and dark based. She'll disappear at one point and reappear at the next. Her speed is already at the highest to her level extent but in this form speed is increased double the amount while attack and special attack are increased quadruple the normal amount so you better watch out when she's like this! BUT, with great power comes great responsibility. While these abilities are increased her defense and special defense are harshly lowered to a point of great weakness. This gives attackers the advantage but it's hard to expose that weakness due to her quick attacks and elusive maneuvers.

The Chip

The Chip within her skin literally digs into the subject's skin layer and into their body. It connects to the Eevee(lution)'s nervous system and body to figure out how to be able to change the Eevee's appearance without it being stuck in a different eeveelution. With this Device Razor can turn into all 7 eeveelutions ( Vaporeon,Flareon,Jolten,Espeon,Umbreon,Leafeon,Glaceon) within a given instant. The transformation only lasts 10 seconds so that the user and quickly get back to whatever it was doing before changing form.

A Eevee with speed on her side as well as the ability to change into any eeveelution at will.

This eevee is special in particular. At first she was a regular eevee living her days out in the forest of the Unova Region. But on one day a scientist captured her and took her into a science laboratory. Scared and afraid Razor continuously launced attacks such as Shadow Ball and Sand-Attack, hoping to escape. After a while the scientists calmed her down. They were testing a new device that they say "...will bring eevee's special genetic make-up to light!"
It was a small chip-like device and it was implanted into her skin, but for a strange reason Razor didn't feel the chip at all. She went through various tests to see if the chip's molecullar structure suited that of an eevee. The tests were successful and the chip remained inside her. But It was becoming risky to keep Razor in the Lab along with the chip. Countless theives came to steal the chip to use it for their own nafarious purposes. To keep the chip, and Razor herself, from falling into the wrong hands the scientists sent Razor back into the wild where they think that nobody will find her. Razor never saw the scientists ever again after that.

Razor was the 4th pokemon OC to represent Raichu2Umbreon.
She's best friends with a Dewott named Saphyer.
