So a random gag in my animation is scott turning into a duck. nothing to do with the story just a dumb visual gag, but i wanted to draw him so yeah xDRelated content

just a visual gag. he gets transformed by a machine in the background and will walk up in the next scene randomly up and then just transforms back without a word

wierdly enough i didn't think of it like that.. XD i just chose duck cause of vinesauce a streamer who i watch who's constantly making duck noises and i had ducks on the brain after that XD

Well, you actually made the two characters really alike the Duck Hunt characters. Buster looks like the dog, and Scott has his blue t-shirt that makes him look even more like the duck we have in SSB.

maybe i should redesign buster then.. i might have to just get rid of his character in general and come up with a new dog with a different breed cause if that's how it is. i mean its not too late for changes

You just kick them and replace them like nothing. Let him be, he's pretty fine as it is already.
I actually thought the reference to Duck Hunt was pretty funny.
And you're replacing a dog because he's the same breed as other dogs? WTF? You don't get rid of the main character like that...

nah i love my dog to bits and she could never be replaced <3
nah its fine man tbh it's just sooo many people have said this now i've thought about replacing him as i just don't know where to go in redesigning him XD but the thing is buster to me is a character i want to improve but i was pondering if i should keep him or replace him. he's always been one character, i've never felt satisfied with.
