Its been a few months and I still am not over the Coco feels
Anyway, heres a happy good ol living Hector!
I drew this one a while ago, but again, totally forgot to post.
Im not too happy with how it turned out in general, but im pretty chill with how Hector's shoes and pants look here!
I could have put more thought into the pose/the guitar/the proportions here
I have another piece with him in my works-in-progress, but it will take me a wile to finish it though!
Also deviantart wont let me set the title as 'Recuérdame' so the other e will have to make do. >:0

Even from the small thumbnail, I knew this image was going to be great! That pose, the lighting, the happiness—all things you can spot from far away. What I wasn't expecting, however, were the really cool smaller details that you can only see in the full image. The distressed cardboard texture, the bright sketch lines (especially all the left shoe), etc. These all come together to make a beautiful piece that does the movie justice. I really like the color you used to pop the nose, cheeks, and ears as well! It really adds to how happy Hector is! Now I have to go watch the movie again... excuse me!

I love the color scheme and the creases. Was this done on some kind of paper that had creases in it, or is that a photoshop effect? It looks so real.
