somehow the normal sized Normal-Win_wh.bmp the background is not transparent but black. on all others its fine.

wait a moment .. yeah, the file itself is fine, but for some reason the start orb changer does not change the orb correctly. My normal one does not work too. I think it's up to the changer.

if i open all those files in paint.net every file has a transparent background besides that normal sized Normal-Win_wh.bmp.
I think you forgot to make the black transparent when creating it. other than that great work. one of the best orbs i've had yet.
