How can we style Dolphin in this way? Does it have to be official, or what's the way?

I suppose, there's no possibility to style current Dolphin exactly like that, because there is some technically differences - for example, as you can see, I didn't place window title, to gain more space. File Manager generally doesn't need it. But something simillar should be possible.
In reply to second question, it's up to KDE developers. Personally, I'd like to see it as official of course
