Concept for a elementary style dust theme, ie an elementary theme with the colour values changed.Made in Inkscape 0.47

Mix this up with Faenza-Darkest, maybe. And definitely needs a fix for the title text color.

This is quite an old concept, and so I would probable switch it to a light colour, like the elementary dark panel.
