Okay, so again you drew a pose which I also have no clue how to draw properly. So I made the upper arm a little too long, nonetheless here's the main problem:
The way you drew it, there looks to be a second joint and third bone, instead of just a humerus and elbow.
So altering it to make the upper arm completely straight, makes it look more natural.

Your anthros are getting so good man!! the heck  )) :
Only thing I'd really say for this, is the bottom of the upperarm (the arm to our left) bends at a weird angle and doesn't really line up with the rest of itself? For a fix, making that bit go straight down  and just extending the forearm to meet it at the elbow.
