Chris and Jill are not necessarily a couple, I'm agree with you!
I think Chris and Jill are a very great team, special friends...but that's all.
Infact, I'm a fan of WeskerxJill but I like all characters of RE, in a love pairing or not *__* I love them!

I agree, on both the Chris/Jill part and what you mentioned on pairings and characters! Even though I'm personally not a fan of WeskerxJill as well, I can see/understand how it works and I respect your opinion ^^ After all, I don't think 'who gets paired with who' should spawn harsh words, anyway. It's best to spread the love, so again I agree with you! c:

Your right Jill is a very strong girl and stands up for what she believes in like stopping bioterrorism and helping people. To me putting her with Wesker is wrong and is degrading to Jill's character. I much rather pair her with someone like Chris who shares her interest and actually loves her. Chris and Jill show there love for each other many times during RE5. Everyone has there own opinions I suppose.

By your words, I understand that you don't like this kind of pairing, that I love too much, on the contrary.
You can't understand JillxWesker if you don't love this kind of couples.
About JillxChris, I'm a sympathizer. But I think that between Jill and Chris there is a strong friendship. They are partners, not lovers. In my opinion it is evident.
And I don't think absolutely that Wesker is degrading for Jill. Wesker is a problematic and emblematic character. He can't degrading no one characters for me.
Anyway, all of us can love the characters and the pairings that we prefer. This is sacrosant. bye bye!

The problem is Wesker has treated Jill like crap took her free will from her and forced her to do things against her will such as infecting people and hurting her friends so to pair her with Wesker is a insult to Jill if you don't think so then you really don't care much about the Jill chraracter. There's also the fact Wesker could never love anyone. Chris said it best when he said "Wesker doesn't give a damn about anyone but himself ". I don't mind contintuing this discussion but please more more fancy wording. Again I will say the fact you don't see love between Chris and Jill is because you are into you own fan fiction. You don't sacfice yourself for someone you don't love.

I like this kind of pairing. A pairing angst. Like Stoccolma syndrome.
Wesker isn't a very bastard man and stop. He have a large characterization.
I love them toghether because of this. I love the villains. I love analize their minds behind their madness.
And I love him with Jill.
In the original story this couldn't happen, but I'm sure that a girl like Jill can stand up to someone like Wesker. And I love them because of this!
I can't see the obvious love between Jill and Chris? Well... Jill and Chris isn't a canon pairing.
I see a big friendship...but RE isn't a shojo. And they are just colleague and friends in the story.
What the fan added to their relationship, are opinions. You see love? Okay. I don’t see love.
I think that they have a beautiful relationship like how they are in the game.
Not every boys and girls that feel well toghether, or are friends, are a love pairing.
And, at the end, I love the character of Jill and I don’t permitted you to say the contrary!
I don't have to explain anything about what I love or with whom I please.
I have said all and I don't want to add something else.
You have to respect the ideas of the other people.
