I also didn`t understand how Jill was able to throw Wesker out the window but who knows the fear for someone you love may give you more strenght than you would have under normal circumstances. The "pat pat" is almost funnier than the actual drawing of it XD I love Jill`s blush.

Eh she was running fast enough at him to knock him down. Speed + Decent power = good power...sorta. If she didn't have a running head start, she wouldn't have been able to knock him down most likely.
