Read me..So it's a little rough and sketchy.. it was a quick job... was pretty chuffed with it and decided to share.
It is my tribute to darth maul.. but it also doubles as my make-up design for this halloween ^_^

actually his species is Iridonian Zabrak and their skin doesn't look like that. There skin is tanned, Darth Maul's Black on red are Tattoo's that he had gotten when he tried to prove to Darth Sidious that he was serious about becoming a sith. The markings are ancient syth symbols.

The horns were one trait shared by the many Zabrak subspecies, which were divided by a number of physical characteristics that differed from subspecies to subspecies. These could include different skin tones (which included peachy white, yellow, red, tan, brown and black), horn patterns, hair growth (though it should be noted that Zabraks, unlike Humans, could not grow eyelashes or facial hair) and eye color (which have certain pigmentations that Humans lack, such as purple, yellow, red and orange).

I never ended up a doing this costume
I went as a zombie instead... BUT.. it was a kick arse zombie...
with shreded sleep wear and red eye contacts and blood dripping goodness.

photoshopping!!!!! Like omg.. I just love going photoshopping with all my girlfriends..
correct.. photoshopping.. nifty eh? eh eh eh
yeh...
lemmie think... just did it with... okay erm.. made everything red... using.. hue saturation lightness... then undid it... then used the history brush to colour the bits in red... make sense? and the same for the black.
