This one was actually sugested by Farkas, and I just illustrated it.
The idea is that water has memory, and it can be used to harness bending power (I would suggest that it uses the chi extracted from a bender, maybe this could be done if some people re-discovered Energybending).
This tech allows a non-bender to bend an element, and maybe it could even allow a bender of one type to bend another element as well (for example, and earthbender could use it to do waterbending).

I'm currently writing my own story: The Legend of Jaya.
Chapter 1 is coming out on october 1st, though it's going to be in Spanish, my native language, at least for now... We'll see about the translation later. Sorry about that.
