Title: The Mermaid with Octo Hair

The moment I saw this character I knew there would be art of her. I knew I had to draw her. She is pretty cute and my favorite animations of hers is when she laughs and sinks into the water and when she does the foghorn attack. I didnt know how to handle the water thing I did here. I tried to fill it in but I didn't like how it looked and it almost looked better just doing a swish instead. I hope this drawing came out okay. I get very self conscious when drawing female characters, for I feel I never do them justice. I think I did okay with this one.

I also thought the idea of her riding on a tiny boat to be funny. It seemed cute to me anyway. Also, I love her facial expressions... they was too good.
